Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and professional Bilingual Customer Service Representative fluent in Chinese/cantonese native and English to join our team. This is a remote position where you will work from home, providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the healthcare field. You will interact with Chinese-speaking patients or plan members, make outbound calls, book appointments, enroll people in health plans, and handle various customer service and administrative tasks. Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information via phone and email. Make outbound calls to schedule appointments and follow up with patients. Enroll members in health plans and assist with plan details. Perform administrative tasks related to customer service. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions. Must have a Windows computer (Windows 10 or newer) that is less than 3 years old. Two monitors and a high-speed fiber network or Starlink internet.
