Our client is a premier law firm offering a range of legal services with a client-focused approach.
Responsibilities

Process and upload invoices submitted by agents into the internal system.

Send processed invoices to the bookkeeper in a timely and accurate manner.

Prepare and send standard letters via email as instructed by the legal team.

Maintain and update spreadsheets, records, and administrative logs.

Assist with general administrative support to the Australian legal team.

Ensure all tasks are completed with high attention to detail and within deadlines.

Communicate professionally and clearly with the Australian team via email or other platforms.

Requirements

SPM, Diploma or degree in business administration, accounting, or a related field preferred.

At least 1 year experience in an administrative, account, clerical, or assistant role.

Good communication skills in English is a MUST, both written and verbal.

Able to work according to Australian working hours (Malaysia Time: Approximately 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM).

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Able to work independently and manage time efficiently.

Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with an international team.

Reliable internet connection and suitable work-from-home setup.
