Responsibilities of a Search Consultant:

Source, qualify, and guide clients and candidates through the interview and hiring process.

Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet the client’s hiring needs

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements you’ll need as a Search Consultant:

Effective negotiation skills

A degree is preferred but not required
