We’re looking for a hands-on Business Intelligence Manager to lead data initiatives across the organization — with a strong focus on insight generation, reporting automation, and data centralization.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of analytics, business strategy, and technology. You should be just as comfortable writing SQL and cleaning datasets as advising stakeholders and informing strategic decisions.
You’ll collaborate closely with teams in Marketing, CRM, Product, Finance, and Acquisition to define KPIs, automate reports, forecast performance, and understand player behavior across all markets.
What you’ll be doing
Build and maintain dashboards for CRM, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Executive teams (e.g. in Power BI or Tableau)
Translate raw data into actionable insights to support acquisition, retention, and product decisions
Support forecasting for player activity, revenue, and budgets using historical and predictive models
Enable cohort-based analysis and lifecycle tracking to evaluate acquisition and long-term player value
Automate recurring reporting tasks using BI tools and scheduled queries
Centralize data from CRM (e.g. Fasttrack), Backoffice, Affiliates, media, finance, and analytics into a single source of truth
Ensure accuracy and consistency across platforms through validation and governance
Work cross-functionally to understand needs and align data outputs with strategic goals
Handle ad hoc analysis requests and deliver concise, decision-ready insights
What we expect from you
Proven experience in a BI, Data Analyst, or BI Manager role — ideally in the high-volume iGaming B2C space
Excellent SQL skills and comfort working with large datasets in cloud-based environments (e.g. BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift)
Strong command of BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar
Analytical thinker with attention to detail and a knack for deriving business value from data
Confident in presenting insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to juggle competing priorities and support multiple teams in a fast-paced setup
Experience with cohort analysis, LTV modeling, churn prediction or player segmentation
Nice to have
Experience with data from platforms like Fasttrack, affiliate networks, or iGaming back offices
Familiarity with predictive analytics and building custom data models
Understanding of GDPR, data governance, and documentation best practices
