Job Description:
As a Sales/Telesales Associate, you’ll work with existing clients to provide expert support while identifying opportunities to offer additional products or services that meet their needs. You’ll be part of a professional, performance-driven environment that values ownership, service, and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver professional and courteous service via phone, email, or web inquiries
Resolve client requests and maintain strong relationships that support retention
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
Collaborate with team members and leadership to support customers throughout the full policy cycle
Troubleshoot escalated service, billing, and claims issues
Document interactions and maintain accurate records in internal systems
Stay informed on industry trends and recommend solutions based on client needs
Support and mentor junior colleagues when needed
Qualifications:
2+ years of customer service experience preferred (call center experience a plus)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Typing speed of 30+ WPM
High school diploma or GED required
Proficient PC and multitasking skills
Action-oriented and comfortable handling objections
Fluent in spoken and written English
Remote Work Requirements
Reliable internet: at least 50 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload
Wired internet connection (no satellite or wireless)
Modem updated in the past 12 months
Quiet, distraction-free workspace
