We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to support the Token Metrics Human Resources department. The Technical Recruiter role at Token Metrics is focused on people operations and preserving Token Metrics’ unique culture in terms of how we recruit, hire, and develop outstanding people. You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.
As a Senior Technical Recruiter at Token Metrics, your primary responsibility is to identify, attract, and hire exceptional talent for both technical and non-technical positions. You will play a critical role in building a high-performing team aligned with our company’s goals and culture.

Competencies
Technical Knowledge
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent
understanding of technical roles, industry trends, and market
with ATS
Proven experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Lever, Greenhouse, or similar
in managing and optimizing candidate
with Recruiting Tool
Extensive experience using recruiting tools such as Seekout, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and
in sourcing and engaging top-tier
Skills
Strong written and verbal communication
to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional
Experience: A track record of success as a technical recruiter, with a strong history of hiring top Proficiency: Expertise in using ATS platforms and recruiting Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal Skills: Excellent organizational abilities and attention to : Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
