We are looking for a strong and passionate Virtual Assistant/Bookkeeper to join our global team in a permanently remote work set-up as a full-time employee. The successful candidate will work directly for our US-based client. For this role, we only process candidates that are based in Cebu, Philippines.
About the Client:
A professional accounting firm, providing primarily tax and bookkeeping services
Based in California, USA
Key Responsibilities:
1. As a primary role, performs the following Virtual Assistant tasks:
Answer phone
Help with client onboarding
Follow-up with client leads
Request missing information from clients
Billing and AR (e.g., creating invoices, sending invoices to clients, follow up on outstanding AR, etc.)
2. As a secondary role, performs bookkeeping tasks (e.g., support the local US bookkeeper, keeping the clients books, etc.)
Qualifications: * Meaningful experience (at least 2-3 years) as a Virtual Assistant (preferably with U.S. client)
Must be very comfortable speaking with clients in English
Proficient with QuickBooks or Xero accounting software
Willing and able to work in California working hours (PST)
Available full-time (at least 40 hours per week)
