Our client:
A Community Management company founded in 1991 that provides reliable services to their clients.
Activities:
Coordinate data collection and migration from our legacy software into our new software, including but not limited to creating spreadsheets or data entry into spreadsheets provided to us by the transition team.
Answering phone calls from homeowners and board members regarding their new portals, new payment options, and how to view their account information online.
Assist homeowners with ledger inquiries and general questions regarding their accounts
Assist departments experiencing increased volume of work resulting from the transition and support those teams with tasks when capable and able
Administer daily tasks for AP/AR/Customer Service that need to be completed to maintain multiple databases during the time or transition, and if necessary, continue those tasks post transition if associated with a new work-flow requirement
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Regular schedule: 8:00-17:00
Daylight saving:7:00-16:00
This position is remote, but you’ll be required to visit our offices in CDMX or GDL on the first day.

Requisitos mínimos :
1 – 2 years of experience in a similar position with basic accounting knowledge
