Customer Service Agent – remote (m/f)
Location: remote
Job description:

Handle customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, cancellations, returns, refunds, and product issues

Manage tickets via email, contact form, calls and occasional live chat

Support customers over the phone during hotline hours (Mon-Fri, 9:00-18:00)

Process refunds and handle claims in the ERP system

Respond to questions about discounts, gift cards, and vouchers

Communicate exclusively in the customer’s native language

Requirements:

Fluent in German / Dutch / Swedish / Danish / Finnish / Czech / Italian (B2-C1 level)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience in customer service or e-commerce is a plus

Reliable, solution-oriented, and a great team player

Comfortable working with digital tools and systems
