Job Title: Client Advisor for Tech Company | Dutch Speaker Remote in Portugal

About the Role:
Are you passionate about digital platforms and eager to support small and medium-sized businesses in thriving online? Join a dynamic team as a Client Advisor for one of the worlds leading social media and tech brands. In this role, you will assist Dutch-speaking clients by providing exceptional customer support across phone, email, and chat.
Your focus will be on guiding clients through digital advertising products, resolving technical issues, and ensuring a seamless and professional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist Dutch-speaking small and medium-sized business clients
Provide both pre- and post-sales support for digital advertising tools
Offer guidance to optimize customer engagement with self-service platforms
Log and manage support tickets, ensuring timely resolutions
Deliver actionable feedback and trends to internal teams
Identify and proactively solve emerging technical or user-related issues
Training & Development:
3 weeks of paid, full-time training (8 hours/day)
Ongoing coaching and skills development
Free Portuguese lessons, sports activities, and cultural workshops
