About the Role:
We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Support Representative with experience in sales to join our client’s team in a fully remote role (within Portugal). You’ll be responsible for providing outstanding support to customers and assisting with inquiries, product recommendations, and service-related issues, always aiming to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in French
Deliver a high-quality customer experience by addressing product and service questions
Apply your sales skills to identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions
Resolve issues efficiently and professionally, escalating when needed
Maintain accurate customer records and follow internal procedures
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet KPIs and improve service
Requirements:
Native or fluent French speaker (spoken and written)
Proficient in English for internal communication
Previous sales experience is mandatory
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working rotational shifts, including weekends and occasional extended hours
Must be based in Portugal, from Coimbra upwards
Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office environment
