Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality customer support to Flemish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and technical issues, ensuring a prompt resolution.
Assist with troubleshooting and guiding clients through product features and services.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services.
Document and track customer interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with other teams to escalate complex issues and follow up with clients.
Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
Native or fluent Flemish speaker (C1/C2 level).
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Flemish.
Proven experience in customer support or a similar role (preferably in a technical or service-oriented environment).
Ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Good working knowledge of CRM systems and office software.
