We are an Australian website & branding agency Upgrade to see actual info that creates world-class custom websites, branding, and marketing graphics for clients all over the world, using proven strategies and online marketing funnels to grow their businesses.
We’re looking for a creative Website and Branding Designer who is excited to build a long-term career with us in the evolving world of AI-enhanced design.
Your Design Responsibilities:
– Create stunning, conversion-focused website designs for a range of clients
– Design custom branding, logos, and marketing graphics
– Use AI tools to enhance your creative process and speed up design workflows
Your Responsibilities
– Create stunning, conversion-focused website designs for premium clients using Figma
– Design custom branding, logos, and marketing graphics that convert
– Understand how to design systems and component libraries in Figma
– Use AI tools to enhance your creative process and speed up workflows where appropriate
– Collaborate with our team of website designers to bring our client’s vision to life
Note: You won’t handle coding/development – our talented dev team handles that phase.

Design Excellence
– Outstanding Portfolio: Exceptional website designs, branding, and logos that demonstrate conversion-focused thinking
– Figma Mastery: Advanced Figma skills with experience building design systems and component libraries
– UX/UI Expertise: Deep understanding of user experience and conversion-focused website design principles
– Efficiency & Quality: Ability to work at a reasonable pace, while maintaining premium creative standards
– Modern Tools: Experience with AI design tools (Midjourney, ChatGPT, CanvaAI) to enhance workflows
Personal Qualities:
– Excellent design eye with high attention to detail
– Self-motivated to work productively from your own workspace
– Experience working remotely and collaborating with remote teams
– Excellent communication skills, including strong English writing
– Enthusiastic about both creating beautiful designs and helping Studio1 improve
Your Setup Requirements
– Fast and reliable PC or Mac with sufficient processing power
– Professional home office setup with good lighting for occasional video calls
– Stable internet connection for seamless collaboration
