Responsibilities & Context:
Serve as the first point of contact for customer technical queries via ticketing system
Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues in collaboration with internal teams
Escalate unresolved issues promptly to next-level support
Maintain proactive, clear follow-up with customers and exceed their expectations
Gather and relay customer feedback to drive product and process improvements
Record and close trouble tickets accurately
Document common issues, write clear knowledge-base articles, and update product documentation and FAQs
Stay up to date on products, and services
Provide technical expertise during pre-sales discussions
Should be able to work according to US Eastern time zones, coordinating with international teams and customers
Education Requirements:
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering
Experience:
At least 1 years

Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written(All internal and external communications, meetings, emails and documentations are in English).
Experience with Linux based distros, Raspberry Pi or similar platforms, basic networking concepts.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think algorithmically.
Strong client-facing and communication skills.
Advanced troubleshooting and multitasking skills.
Understanding of IoT technologies and cellular networks such as LTE CAT 1, LTE CAT 4, LTE CAT M1, and 5G.
Need to have good internet connectivity.
Nice to have:
Minimum of a year of experience in technical support, preferably within IoT sector, edge computing and AI.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Proficiency in Python, and bash scripting.
