SAP DFPS Consultant

Duration: 12 Months Contract
Location: Remote (with possible onsite visits to defense client locations)
PRIMARY SKILLS
5+ years of experience as an SAP Functional Consultant, with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP DFPS implementations or support.
Strong functional expertise in SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) and SAP MM (Materials Management), specifically with DFPS enhancements.
Exposure to SAP SD (Sales & Distribution), WM (Warehouse Management), or PP (Production Planning) in a defense or public security context.
Hands-on experience with Force Elements, Organizational Structures, Technical Object Structuring (TOS), and Product Structure Management (PSM) within DFPS.
Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, including Fiori applications relevant to logistics and maintenance.
Experience with data migration and integration tools such as LSMW, IDOC, and BAPIs.
Understanding of defense-specific security requirements, compliance protocols, and authorization concepts.
Proven ability to gather requirements, prepare functional documentation, conduct training, and support UAT/SIT activities.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in public sector or defense environments.
