This pharmacy software operations team is a team with great knowledge of the products and customers across the pharmacy platform. This is an opportunity to lead a solid team consisting of subject matter experts, implementation managers, and trainers. The greater operations management team focuses on driving results and optimizing processes across operations. You will work with implementation, product, sales, development, and support to ensure a smooth implementation process and transition to support. The operations team is highly focused on customer satisfaction and revenue retention.
As an Associate Director on the Optum Insight Pharmacy Operations team, you will lead a group of implementation managers, trainers, and business analysts to deliver pharmacy software solutions and services to new and existing customers. You will partner with leaders across product, development, support, and sales to ensure an efficient and customer focused implementation process. The Associate Director will be responsible for driving results across team members and optimizing process and documentation across implementation resources. This position will act as an escalation contact for customers and will review and provide design solutions for customers as needed.

Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience implementing software applications, preferably within healthcare
Proven advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, leadership abilities, and extensive knowledge of business and IT systems
Proven exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple internal teams, including sales, product, development, and support
Proven advanced organizational, process improvement, and time management skills
Willing or ability to travel up to 20%
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in people management
Experience defining best practices across operations teams consisting of implementation and business analysts, including optimizing and enhancing processes as well as rolling out new processes and application enhancements
Knowledge or experience in Power BI, SmartSheet, Salesforce
Pharmacy Operations Software knowledge
Understanding of API Integrations

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $110,200 to $188,800 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
