An excellent opportunity for a school leaver or career changer to join a leading fund services provider in Guernsey as a Trainee Administrator, supporting one of their largest and most high-profile clients.
This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to break into the finance or corporate services industry. No previous experience is required – just enthusiasm, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities include:
Supporting the administration team with day-to-day tasks including data entry, documentation, and record keeping.
Assisting with client servicing, in coordination with the Fund Accounting team.
Handling administrative responsibilities for one of the firm’s flagship client accounts.
Maintaining accurate files and ensuring confidentiality and compliance procedures are followed.
