Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and reliable ICT Junior Specialist to join the team in Panama. This role provides first-level IT support to internal users across Panama, Colombia, Curaçao, and Mexico. The position involves supporting Apple/macOS environments, troubleshooting (diagnosing, resolving) or escalating ICT Support tickets/calls and other duties related to ICT daily use applications or basic processes in a timely manner; provides effective support for routine ICT tasks for the Company; setting up Company’s devices and manage IT tools equipment inventory.
Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve IT issues or escalate as necessary

Configure, maintain, and support macOS-based devices

Install and update company software and hardware

Maintain accurate inventory of IT equipment and tools

Provide remote and on-site technical support to teams in multiple countries in America

Participate in IT-related internal projects and improvement initiatives

On-call support

Academic background

Bachelor’s degree completed or currently in the final year in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Languages

Fluent English (C1 level) is required

Experience

1 to 3 years in IT support or similar roles

Direct experience working in macOS and IOS environments

Technical Skills

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting capabilities

Knowledge of macOS operating systems

Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Experience with office tools and basic scripting

Preferred but not required

Familiarity with Fortinet systems

Use of Jira for ticket tracking

Understanding of ITIL framework

Basic support experience with ERP systems

Soft Skills

High reliability and attention to detail

Strong organizational and time-management skills
