Primary Responsibilities:
Collaborate with various areas including Product, Strategy, Creative Services, Marketing and Fulfillment teams to update existing enrollment materials, develop new materials, and support custom communications as needed
Flexible, works with minimal guidance; seeks guidance on only the most complex task
Consistently looks for ways to improve existing process
Translate concepts into practice
Contribute on ID cards and existing material updates and creation of materials including facilitating appropriate reviews and approvals needed
Manage, create and maintain ID cards and materials and communications with varying branding needs including various legal guidelines and disclaimer requirements
Develop and implement ID cards and materials to support individual and Group retiree business
Translate business requirements into technical specifications for programming
Create and maintain schedules as appropriate
Perform User Acceptance Testing and report out defects
Communicate with various stakeholders and acts as primary contact to our internal customers
Utilize project management skills and works under deadlines
Be a responsive partner to our internal and external customers
Contribute to process design and project implementation teams in process improvement activities
Diagnose process improvement opportunities and develop solutions using principles of process excellence and related tools

Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience with MS Project, Word, Excel
2+ years of experience in writing business and/or system requirements and business analysis
2+ years of experience with documenting processes and practices, often in accepted project methodology artifacts, while effectively prioritizing multiple tasks, priorities, projects and deadlines
Team lead or project lead experience
Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
Beginner to Immediate HTML/programming skills

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $71,200 to $127,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
