Are you a motivated communicator with a passion for helping others? The TeamHealth National Patient Service Center is seeking Customer Service Representatives for full-time or part-time roles. This position begins with paid, on-site training at our Knoxville, TN location, after which you can choose to work 100% remotely or from our office.
In this role, you’ll assist patients with billing and insurance inquiries, delivering compassionate and professional service that truly makes a difference.
Position Highlights:

$750 Sign-On Bonus + Quarterly Performance Incentives

4-week paid on-site training at our Knoxville, TN office

Training hours: 8 AM to 5 PM EST, Monday through Friday

Work from home or work on-site after training is complete – your choice!

What You’ll Do:

Provide excellent customer service by phone, assisting patients with billing and insurance questions

Research and resolve patient account issues

Update insurance information and rebill claims as necessary

Generate and send itemized statements or courtesy claims

Set up and manage patient payment plans

Accurately document all patient interactions

Maintain professionalism and empathy in all communications

Perform other related administrative duties as assigned

What You’ll Need:

High school diploma or GED

Strong verbal communication and listening skills

Ability to multitask: listen, speak, and type simultaneously

Comfortable using Microsoft Windows and computer-based systems

Previous customer service, call center, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus
