Remote Prior Authorization RN
HealthCare Support is seeking an experienced Prior Authorization RN to join a mission-driven, nonprofit health insurance provider recognized for inclusive care delivery and community-grounded. This fully remote role offers the flexibility and stability you’ve been looking for-Monday through Friday, daytime hours-while empowering you to make a tangible impact. You’ll play a key part in guiding care decisions, improving access to services, and supporting better health outcomes for members in your community.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5 p.m. | No nights, weekends or holidays!
Pay: $90,000/yr- $110,000/yr (DOE)

Daily Responsibilities for Prior Auth (UR) RN:
Review care requests for medical necessity using evidence-based criteria to ensure timely, appropriate care.
Perform utilization reviews, document outcomes, and collaborate with providers to support optimal member health.
Required Qualifications for Prior Auth (UR) RN:
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, or Compact.
Experience with Prior Authorization (pre-cert, pre-auth, 1st level reviews) and/or Utilization Review (UR) within an insurance provider/managed care (MCO)/accountable care (ACO).
