The project focuses on redefining digital engagement through advanced language model applications, combining LLM fine-tuning, RAG pipelines, and intelligent agents to deliver personalized user experiences. You will join a focused AI team of 5 engineers, working on product innovation at the frontier of Generative AI. The team is scaling and looking to replace a departing member while expanding with 3 new hires. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and technical experts to deliver state-of-the-art results.

Responsibilities:
Tracking the latest technologies in AI/ML.
Fine-tuning language models (LLM).
Designing and evolving the RAG pipeline.
Optimizing inference on GPU/CPU.
Prompt and agent engineering.
Requirements:
2+ years of hands-on experience with LLMs.
Strong understanding of GPU inference profiling and optimization.
Experience in fine-tuning LLM.
Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and the HuggingFace stack, LoRA, prompt & agent engineering.
Technical higher education.
Nice to Have:
Experience with RAG.
A Master’s degree in a field related to AI/ML.
Practical experience with image/video generation.
