Responsibilities:
Execute routine KYC and onboarding processes in line with internal policies and regulations
Review and verify user-submitted documentation with attention to detail and accuracy
Ensure compliance with international regulatory standards and internal procedures
Collaborate with internal compliance and finance teams
Use tools such as Sumsub to manage and streamline identity verification workflows
Handle sensitive customer data with a high degree of confidentiality and security
Requirements:
Prior experience in KYC, Compliance, or Onboarding, preferably in fintech or iGaming
Strong organizational and time-management skills in a remote-first environment
English level B2+ (working proficiency for documentation and team communication)
High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to follow structured processes
Ability to work independently while staying aligned with team goals and KPIs
