Key Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer support to resolve inquiries and issues efficiently.
Assist customers via multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Deliver accurate information regarding products and services.
Handle complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
Maintain a professional and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times.
Requirements
Previous experience in customer service (mandatory).
Experience in the tourism industry is a plus but not required.
Fluency in French (spoken and written).
Candidates must already reside in Portugal (North to South).
Candidates cannot have previously worked for this client in another BPO.
