We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Subject Matter Expert (QA SME) to provide expert guidance and support in software testing planning and strategy. This role will ensure that all testing activities follow industry standards (ISTQB, IEEE, ISO) and best practices, using consistent terminology to maintain quality and compliance. The QA SME will also mentor teams and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the testing strategy across functional, non-functional, integration, regression, performance, and security testing.
Prepare and review test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.
Provide expert guidance on test entry/exit criteria, boundary conditions, and traceability matrices.
Ensure testing documentation follows standard formats and nomenclature.
Guide the team with best practices, reviews, and knowledge transfer.
