As a Mechanical or Plumbing Estimator, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring successful project starts by producing accurate and timely estimates. You’ll collaborate closely with preconstruction, project management, and field teams to ensure each estimate reflects true scope, cost, and timeline. Your work will directly contribute to the success and growth of a high-performing construction team with a long-standing reputation for delivering quality work.

Develop and review project estimates for mechanical or plumbing scopes

Analyze drawings, specifications, and proposals to prepare accurate takeoffs

Level subcontractor bids and identify scope gaps

Collaborate with internal teams (PMs, Supers, Executives) to support seamless project handoffs

Maintain strong knowledge of market pricing, materials, and labor

3-10 years of estimating experience (mechanical or plumbing preferred)

Experience in commercial and/or multifamily projects is highly preferred

Strong understanding of construction drawings and material takeoffs

Detail-oriented with a proactive, team-focused mindset

Open to candidates still building their experience, provided they have foundational construction knowledge

Familiar with Southeast market (preferred but not required)
