A valued client of us who is a consultancy company based in Limassol are looking for an HR Administrator to work on a fully remote working model.
Main responsibilities will include:

Provide HR administrative support to the Owner and Director of the company and the Organisation in the following areas:

Recruitment

Assist with full recruitment process

Secure all approvals for all job roles

Responsible for ensuring the organisations intranet is up to date with current jobs and job descriptions

Manage the recruitment inbox and respond to candidates in a timely manner

Manage advert preparation and liaise with newspapers for adverts

Liaise with recruitment agencies

Coordinate interviews and direct applicants for Hiring Managers and HR

Draft standard appointment letters and Contracts of Employment

Complete new starter administration

Induction and Integration

Initiate the new hire check list and process in a timely manner

Create personal files for all new starters and ensure that all documentation is present and complete

Responsible for induction to the organisation where appropriate

Request employment references for all new starters

Send out probation reminder email to line managers and escalate any issues to HR Manager when appropriate

Leavers

Arrange exit interviews

Update all necessary information on CIPHR

Ensure all exit documentation are on the personal file

General Administration and Adhoc Duties

Maintain team member and general files

Ensure appropriate security for all HR related information

Assist HR Manager with ad hoc project and duties when required

Ensure HR policies and conditions of service are kept up to date and posted on the Hub (intranet)

Ensure that Organisation Charts and Staff lists are kept up to date

Ensure appropriate documentation regarding sickness is received and recorded in a timely manner

Other general office duties as required and directed, including covering other administration functions and tasks as required

Benefits :

2500 Gross Monthly Approx

2 times a year bonus

Working hours:

8am-5pm
