Reporting to: Country Manager (South Korea)
Responsibilities:
Develop the assigned country or region by converting leads into clients and building relationships with new and existing partners.
Actively engage trading professionals through social platforms, forums, and communities, aiming to convert them into clients or partners.
Identify and utilize the most efficient local marketing channels to promote the company and its products effectively.
Assist in the onboarding of clients, Affiliates, IBs, and Money Managers, while ensuring a seamless user experience in collaboration with customer support.
Collaborate with marketing and back-office teams to create sales and marketing content, negotiate partnership terms, and monitor partner performance to meet KPIs.
Candidate Profile:
Strong preference will be given to candidates with FX/CFD and online trading industry experience
Native or near-native Korean is required and strong English is essential with the preference towards individuals with working experience or connections in the region
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, management, Economy and/or marketing and related disciplines
Excellent communication, writing skills, customer service and negotiation skills
Dynamic, self-motivated, competitive and strong desire to succeed
