Requirements
What You’ll Do
Engage with inbound leads (prospects signing up for free trials) and convert them into qualified opportunities.
Drive outbound prospecting through calls and outreach to build and expand the pipeline.
Clearly and effectively communicate the product’s value proposition to interior design, contracting, and real estate professionals.
Schedule demos for product experts, with the opportunity to own the full sales cycle from demo to close (pathway to an AE role).
Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects in the CRM with timely follow-ups.
Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to optimize lead conversion.
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly targets for demo bookings and qualified opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of SMB sales experience (preferably SaaS or tech).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding SDR/BDR targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to engage prospects with curiosity and professionalism.
Clear, neutral/global English accent for effective communication with US-based customers.
Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls.
Flexibility to work US time zone hours.
Self-driven, coachable, and eager to grow in a sales career.
Bonus: Experience delivering product demos for <$1000 ACV deals.
