Responsibilities & Context:
Provide responsive customer support through phone, chat, email, and social media.
Explain features, answer product-related queries, and assist with customer onboarding.
Convince and convert interested leads into paying customers.
Build trust with clients by understanding their e-commerce challenges and offering solutions.
Follow up with potential customers to ensure smooth adoption of the platform.
Record customer interactions and feedback in CRM for continuous improvement.
Must have a good quality PC/laptop with a stable internet connection to handle remote support effectively.
Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and reliability while working independently in a remote setting.
Stay updated with product features, SaaS tools, and e-commerce industry trends to better serve customers.
Education Requirements:
Higher Secondary
Experience:
At least 1 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Telecommunication, IT Enabled Service, Call Center, E-commerce
