Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain smooth communication through emails and other channels.
Pleasantly attended to customer queries and reported them to the relevant department.
Review and organize tasks according to priority.
Ensure daily reporting on billing, settlement, equipment control, etc. (we will provide training on these if needed)
Accomplish all other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor/Honors
Experience:
1 to 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Trading or Export/Import, Shipping, Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies, Group of Companies, Transportation, Logistics Startup
Additional Job Requirements:
Age 24 to 26 years
The applicant MUST be fluent in English.
Has no further study plans for the next 2/3 years.
The task requires spending full hours (7:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m., including break times), we recommend only those with that patience and work accordingly for the long run.
The applicant should have a computer with good configuration, power backup, and stable high-speed internet connectivity.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
