Your Tasks
π Answer incoming calls from customers and travel agents
π³οΈ Sell cruise packages and suggest add-ons (cross-sell & upsell)
π Support with bookings and post-booking questions
π Give info about destinations, ships, documents, prices, and more
π€ Assist travel agents with managing bookings
What Weβre Looking For
πProficiency in Italian and a good level of English both written and spoken
π¬ Experience in sales β a must!
βοΈ Background in tourism or travel agencies β big plus
π§ Customer service or call center experience β preferred
π₯οΈ Good digital skills and attention to detail
π§ Problem-solving mindset and ability to multitask
π£οΈ Strong communication skills, written and spoken
