Why does this role exist?
The Sales Trainer serves as the primary developer and facilitator of our sales training programs, ensuring our sales teams are equipped with the skills and knowledge to drive revenue growth. You’ll be the crucial link between our training methodology and sales performance, designing curricula, facilitating sessions, and measuring training effectiveness. Your ability to develop high-performing sales professionals directly impacts our revenue generation and market expansion, which is essential to our continued growth.
The Impact you’ll make
Build and maintain comprehensive sales training programs for all levels of sales professionals
Act as a training expert, understanding sales performance gaps and designing targeted learning solutions
Identify new training opportunities within sales processes to drive performance improvement
Lead seamless onboarding for new sales hires, ensuring they quickly master Magic’s sales methodology
Drive adoption of sales tools and educate teams on CRM best practices and client engagement techniques
Proactively address skill gaps, ensuring high performance and long-term sales success
Track and analyze sales training metrics to provide actionable insights on program effectiveness
Generate reports on training outcomes, identifying trends and areas for curriculum improvement
Develop custom training assessments based on sales performance and business goals
Translate sales challenges into clear training modules and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Work with sales leadership to improve training workflows and enhance learning effectiveness
Identify and implement training innovations to optimize sales outcomes and performance
Required Exeperience
Minimum 2 years of experience as a sales trainer with proven track record in curriculum development
Minimum 1 year of SDR (Sales Development Representative) and/or LGS (Lead Generation Specialist) experience
Strong facilitation skills for virtual training environments
Ability to manage multiple training programs and cohorts simultaneously
Proficiency with learning management systems and sales training tools
Experience developing and implementing sales SOPs and training materials
Strong proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, etc.)
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus
Ability to work independently and proactively without constant supervision

Work-from-home setup: Fully remote position with flexibility to work from your preferred location
Working hours: Schedule aligned with our global team across US business hours, either Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday from 9 PM to 6 AM or 10 PM to 7 AM PHT (Philippine Standard Time)
Salary range: Php 60,000 – 64,000 / per month
