We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to work with our Director of Commercial Business and Business Development Lead in driving our cybersecurity solutions.
This is a hunter-style sales role; perfect for someone who thrives on outreach, enjoys connecting with new contacts, and is motivated by measurable results. You will work directly with the Commercial Business Development Lead to focus on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and consistent pipeline building. You will create and execute outreach strategies, and build a scalable prospecting process that drives revenue growth.
Most of all, you will understand and promote the Edwards mission as it relates to delivery of cybersecurity, training, and management solutions.

*This is an Entry level position with room to grow and commission based compensation structure.
Duties include but not limited to:
Daily prospecting from a variety of lists and contacts
Perform research on target industries and key stakeholders
Learn our offerings and utilize consultative sales skills, make recommendations that best suit our customer’s needs
Implement ways to improve the customer experience and build brand loyalty
Identify potential leads, email, call, and set up meetings with perspective clients, booking qualified meetings with decision-makers across multiple industries
Log all interactions with clients in the CRM
Continuously work with marketing team to provide insight on who/how to market to perspective clients
Support execution of major sales plans
Support preparation of sales proposals
Build out sales process for maximum efficiency and optimization
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
One to two years of sales experience required
Ability to be passionate about your work, a positive, team player attitude
Clear and concise communication skills – this is a must!
Ability to navigate a CRM database, we use Microsoft Dynamics
Ability to work with a remote team
Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Suite, to include MS Teams for collaboration
