Facebook Reels Content Creator (Fully Remote)

We’re hiring a Reels Content Creator to help us grow our Facebook page from 1K to 100K followers by Dec 2025 – and 1M by Dec 2026.
This page targets a 100% U.S. audience and focuses on high-engagement funny reels about:
Workplace annoyances
Work-from-home fails
Dreaded Monday mornings
Annoying co-workers & micromanaging bosses
Awkward Zoom meetings
And every other hilarious corporate pain you’ve ever lived through
We want laugh-out-loud relatable content that mirrors viral trends from top pages like: * @daniel.cronk.2025

What You’ll Do:
Create and post 6 reels per day (Mon-Sun) using repurposed trending clips, memes, cat POVs, green screen edits, etc.
Use humor, timing, captions (like “WHEN…” or “POV:”), and sound trends to tell hilarious micro-stories
Benchmark and model content off successful viral creators in this niche
Avoid copyright issues using common-sense practices (e.g., green screens, transformations)
Requirements:
Exceptional meme humor and editing sense
Strong reel editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, mobile apps OK)
Understanding of what goes viral on Facebook TODAY
Self-driven with solid internet and work ethic
Willingness to benchmark and evolve with content trends
Must submit ONE original sample reel based on the above themes to be considered
Compensation:
Base Pay: Ksh 15,000/month
After Page Monetization (via Facebook’s content monetization program): 15% profit share (after core expenses like tools, FB checkmark, ads, etc.)
