Position: Customer Service Agent or Tech Support Agent or Sales Support Agent

The job:
Chatting with customers via phone, messages & email (no boring scripts – real convos!)
Helping out with cool products from World Market Leaders
Solving hiccups and making customers smile
Handling warranties & replacements
Giving product tips & recommendations (because you know what’s best).
We need YOU, because:
You speak the required language fluently (min. C1 level)
You have strong English skills
You’ve got an eye for the detail
Problem-solving is your superpower
You act cool under pressure & you are able to stay calm and professional when things don’t go as planned
…. Customer support, tech-support or sales experience? Nice to have, but not a dealbreaker!
