As an E-Commerce Operations Analyst, you will simulate the customer journey to help our clients test and improve their sales funnel, conversion rates, and overall store credibility. The data and feedback you provide is used to generate valuable insights, allowing merchants to enhance their operations and attract more genuine organic customers in the future.
Merchants pay our company a commission for this service, and you are rewarded for your role in generating these insights.
2. Key Responsibilities
Execute simulated customer actions on the TikTok Shop platform, including product browsing, engaging with content, and completing test transactions as directed.
Meticulously document the entire process, noting aspects like page functionality, checkout flow efficiency, and promotional application.
Provide detailed, objective, and honest reports on your test experience.
Adhere strictly to all provided guidelines and standard operating procedures to ensure compliance.
3. Who We Are Looking For
Aged 18 or above. Prior experience using TikTok or TikTok Shop is a significant advantage.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to follow specific instructions carefully.
Strong communication skills to clearly describe experiences and identify issues.
Must have a stable internet connection and a smartphone capable of running the TikTok app.
No prior professional experience is required; comprehensive online training will be provided.
