We’re looking for a creative doer who can take ideas and turn them into real results. This role is about more than just making things look good, it’s about building branding and websites that are strategic, functional, and impactful.
Tasks
Create complete brand identities (logos, color systems, typography, and brand guidelines).
Design digital assets including social media graphics, marketing materials, and presentations.
Build websites in WordPress (Elementor) or Framer, ensuring a balance of design, usability, and functionality.
Apply UX/UI best practices to web and digital projects.
Collaborate to translate business needs into design solutions that support growth and conversions.
Manage projects from concept to delivery, ensuring deadlines are met.
Revise and adapt designs based on feedback to deliver final polished work.
Requirements
Self-starter with a creative but practical approach
Experienced in branding and web design
Skilled in WordPress/Elementor, Framer, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite
Organized, reliable, and good at clear communication
Based in Mayo or nearby (remote is fine, local is a plus)
Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively
Fluent English speaker
Hold a valid work permit for Ireland
Problem-solving mindset and adaptability
Awareness of modern design trends and UX best practices
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership
Portfolio that demonstrates creativity, strategy, and results
