Are you ready to lead cutting-edge data science projects in one of the most dynamic and fast-evolving industries today? My client, an Irish tech start-up is looking to hire a Founding AI Engineer, the first hire in Ireland, to drive the future of AI and ML in the organisation.
As the Founding AI Engineer, you will design, implement, and optimize LLM-powered features and AI Agents for their customer platform, collaborating closely with product, engineering, and data teams. You will take ownership of end-to-end ML and agent development workflows, from model training and deployment to orchestration of Copilot and Autonomous Agents.
The organisation has gathered over €3 million in funding, and are backed by major public bodies and private hedge funds. This role has the potential to evolve into a leadership role as the company continues to grow, and offers long-term career progression opportunities.
The role is fully remote in Ireland whilst the organisation sources a Dublin-based office, with occasional team meet-ups. Upon joining, you will also receive stock options. If you are interested, I would love to hear from you.

Skills/Experience:
5 + years of experience as a Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer
Strong traditional Machine Learning experience
Strong experience AWS
Salary:
€85,000 – €100,000 + Remote role in Ireland + STOCKS and more!
