We are currently seeking a customer-focused, detail oriented individual for an immediate opening as an Agent Support Specialist.
The Agent Support Specialist is responsible for providing and maintaining a support system for our network of Direct Agents and Nationwide Vendors. Additionally, they are responsible for processing clerical tasks that continue after operating hours have concluded.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain an open line of communication with Direct Agents, Nationwide Vendors, to support recovery operations

Utilize different client provided systems to claim assignments for Agents to recover

Process assignments that clients put on hold, or close, within a timely manner

Review assignments that Agents have attempted to recover in order to find new information

Acts as primary point-of-contact for Agents for any advanced needs or issues

Ensure that Agent issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, or escalated to the proper destinations if beyond the scope of your job

Provides regular two-way communication with the client teams

Understanding of internal company capabilities and service, and effectively utilize these in support efforts

Understands repossession industry and communicates effectively to Agents

This position starts at $17/hour, + $1.00 Shift Differential.
This is a fully remote position. Saturday-Wednesday 11pm-8:15am (overnight).

Required Qualifications:

Extremely organized and highly motivated

Excellent verbal/written communication skills

Demonstrates commitment to teamwork

Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction

Successfully pass drug screen and background investigation

Abilities to work in a fully remote environment.

Education/Training/Experience:

H.S. diploma or equivalent

1-2 years collections and/or Skip Tracking experience preferred
