We are seeking a Senior Backend Software Engineer to join a new Engineering Hub in Ho Chi Minh City. This role offers the opportunity to design, build, and scale next-generation AI-powered platform, collaborating with world-class engineers and product teams.
Design, develop, and deploy scalable backend systems supporting AI-powered web agents.
Collaborate closely with AI/ML specialists and product managers to translate ideas into impactful features.
Contribute to distributed system infrastructure, low-latency performance optimization, and stealth web automation solutions.
Implement integrations across data stores, front-end components, and third-party services.
Drive CI/CD pipelines, testing strategies, and observability practices.
Troubleshoot production challenges and implement long-term solutions.
Mentor junior engineers and help shape engineering culture in the local hub.
Work with global top engineers, newly set up in VietnamCompetitive salary and flexibility with remote-first working
5+ years of backend development experience with strong contributions to production systems.
Proficiency in at least one backend programming language (Python/ Go/ Java) and exposure to front-end/browser interaction.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), databases (Postgres, Redis, S3), and container/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform).
Hands-on experience with web automation tools (Puppeteer, Playwright, Selenium) is a strong plus.
Strong understanding of CI/CD, monitoring, and distributed system observability.
Proactive problem-solver with clear communication skills and a passion for AI-driven innovation.
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science or equivalent; fluent in English (or professional proficiency).
