We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Booking Travel Professionals. In this role, you will help clients with booking travel arrangements such as flights, hotels, cruises, and vacation packages. You will ensure that each clients travel experience is smooth, enjoyable, and tailored to their needs all while working remotely.
No previous experience is required we provide complete training and ongoing support. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who love travel, enjoy helping others, and want the flexibility of working from home.
Responsibilities
Assist clients with booking travel reservations including accommodations, transportation, and activities
Provide recommendations that match client preferences, budgets, and travel goals
Confirm accuracy of reservations and itineraries
Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after bookings
Stay informed about travel promotions, destinations, and industry updates
Respond to client questions and resolve issues professionally and efficiently
Requirements
No prior experience required training will be provided
Strong interest in travel and customer service
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Basic computer and online research skills
