Conduct fun and friendly interviews in both German and English
Create and maintain positive relationships with clients and candidates alike
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs
Keep our candidate databases organized and up-to-date
Support the recruitment process from beginning to end, ensuring a seamless experience
Share your creative ideas to improve our talent acquisition strategies!
Requirements:
You must be fluent in German and English-let your language skills shine!
Strong communication and people skills are essential-let’s build connections!
We’re looking for self-starters who can work independently and enjoy being part of a team
A positive attitude and eagerness to learn go a long way-show us your passion!
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills will help you excel!
No recruitment experience? No worries! We’ll provide all the training you need
Familiarity with job boards and social media for sourcing candidates is a bonus!
