Key Responsibilities:
Identify and source potential candidates for various job openings
Conduct initial screenings and interviews in Danish and English
Establish and nurture relationships with clients and candidates alike
Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
Maintain accurate records within our candidate databases
Assist in all phases of the recruitment process and provide excellent support
Contribute creative ideas to enhance our talent acquisition strategies
Requirements:
Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn about the recruitment process
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
No previous recruitment experience required; training will be provided
Familiarity with online job boards and social media platforms is a bonus
Willingness to travel to Greece for a fully paid 3-month training program
