Job description:
Lead brand and social responsibility projects to increase visibility and customer engagement.
Develop and integrate updated brands, ensuring consistency and synergy.
Plan and execute marketing strategies and sales campaigns for consumer loans across all channels.
Conduct market, competitor, and consumer research; analyze data and provide actionable insights.
Track campaign performance, sales results, and KPIs, and report insights to stakeholders.
Manage project budgets and ensure cost efficiency.
Collaborate with internal teams, product owners, and external partners to deliver projects on time and within scope.
Ensure projects comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Requirements:
Degree in marketing, communications, brand management, business administration, or related field (advantageous).
Minimum 3 years of experience in brand project management (experience with large brands or financial services is a plus). 3 years of experience in consumer loans, credit, leasing, or financial services.
Knowledge of strategic marketing, brand strategy, customer journey, and external communication channels (ATL, BTL, digital, social media).
Strong analytical, creative, and strategic thinking skills; results-driven mindset.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across stakeholder levels.
English proficiency (B2 or higher); MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Monthly Salary:
2600 – 3900Eur (Gross) . Final offer depends on candidate’s competencies.
