Conduct friendly initial screenings and interviews in both Dutch and English

Partner with hiring managers to fully understand their recruitment needs
Keep our candidate records organized and up-to-date—organization is key!
Provide exceptional support throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a great experience for everyone
Bring your creativity to the table and contribute ideas to improve our recruitment strategies
Requirements
Fluency in Dutch and English is a must—let your language skills shine!
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills will help you connect with others
