Our client is a digital financial platform that enables individuals and businesses to easily open virtual accounts and carry out secure global transactions. They are currently looking to hire a Product Manager in Lagos.

As a product manager, you will be the bridge between the company’s users, designers, and engineering teams, shaping the future of the company’s product.
Job Responsibilities
Own the product roadmap for the company’s products, ensuring they align with company’s strategy.
Gather and prioritise user feedback, business requirements, and market insights to guide product decisions.
Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features.
Define clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and KPIs for all initiatives.
Monitor product performance, track metrics (DAU/MAU, conversion rates, adoption), and iterate quickly.
Communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders across the company.
Job Requirements
Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally with exposure to both fintech and SaaS/care tech applications.
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and multiple products simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making mindset.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with agile methodologies and modern product development workflows.
Bonus: Hands-on experience with Next.js, NestJS, Flutter, or mobile/web product lifecycle.
