Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Employee Outplacement Services
We’re seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a growing team that helps businesses provide outplacement services to employees undergoing job transitions. You’ll work with a list of warm leads, initiating outreach and setting up conversations between prospects and senior sales consultants.
Key Responsibilities:

Contact warm leads via phone and email to set meetings

Track all activities and manage your pipeline using CRM tools

Partner with account executives for effective lead handoff

Follow up consistently to maximize conversion rates

Provide feedback to improve outreach strategies

What We’re Looking For:

1+ years of experience in sales development or appointment setting

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Proficiency with CRM platforms and good organizational habits

Self-driven, empathetic, and professional demeanor

Interest in HR, career services, or employee support programs a plus
