About the Role
You will join an international team where your skills as a Project Manager will make a real impact on the delivery of IT projects. This role requires strong leadership, the ability to manage complex projects end-to-end, and excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
This is a Fully Remote role
Daily rate: €450 per day
Duration: 12 months, with possible extensions up to 48 months
Start date: October 2025
Your Tasks Will Include
Managing projects effectively and efficiently across the full lifecycle
Establishing and managing project controls to ensure milestones are met
Ensuring the quality of all project deliverables
Identifying, tracking, and communicating project risks, issues, and changes
Liaising with stakeholders and project boards
Assigning and balancing workloads, motivating and guiding team members
Producing project management documentation (plans, schedules, reports)
Preparing and delivering high-quality reports and presentations
Organising and conducting project meetings
To Be a Good Fit for the Project Manager Position, You Will Have
A Master’s degree (Level 7) in ICT or a related field
At least 8 years of IT experience, including 5 years as a Project Manager
Recognised project management certifications such as PRINCE2, Project Management Professional (PMP), PM2 (Essential or Advanced) or similar
Proven experience leading at least one medium–large ICT project as a Project Manager
Excellent conflict management and resolution skills
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
Experience in the public sector, ideally in international or EU-related organisations
C1 level English with certification
Knowledge of Data Privacy & Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), Business Continuity, Information Security Risk Assessment in EU contexts
Keys to Success:
Additional project management or Agile certifications
Experience with international teams and large-scale IT environments
To excel in this role you should be a self starter who is not afraid to contribute, propose new ideas and improvements
