As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring account satisfaction, and driving consistent value delivery. You’ll manage a portfolio of clients, understand their business needs, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure service excellence and account growth.
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years experience in account management, client success, or a related role (experience in aesthetics, SaaS, or healthcare is a plus)
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently and proactively
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
Bonus: Background or exposure to WiFi networks, Smart TV devices (Amazon Fire Stick, Google TV), and IT troubleshooting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Gmail/Outlook and customer support tools like Zendesk or Freshdesk

Reliable power supply – Must reside in an area with consistent electricity and minimal outages
